Dunsky’s 20th Anniversary Celebration and Team Retreat

To celebrate our 20th anniversary, we held an intimate gathering with staff, alumni, clients and friends. This was followed the next day by our annual off-site team retreat.

Anniversary Celebration

At our anniversary event in Montreal, we reflected on the progress of the energy transition over the last 20 years. While there’s lots to be done, it’s clear that the transition is in full swing and that the economic, community and environmental benefits of a low-carbon economy are finally taking shape.

The evening left us grateful for all that we’ve accomplished together and inspired for the road ahead. From a team of one in 2004 to a team of 62 professionals across North America (and a family, including alumni, of over 100 around the world), it’s been a great (sustainable 😉) ride.

Annual Team Retreat

Following our anniversary party, it was off to our Annual Team Retreat, where we took the time to connect, plan and discuss how to best support our clients.

Inspired by this year’s Paris Games, we ended the retreat with a “Dunsky-Olympics” where teams bonded over kayaking, volleyball, billiards, pickleball, line dancing and extreme puzzling (yes, you read that correctly).

After two days of team building and strategizing, our team is recharged and excited to continue doing the work that we love – accelerating the energy transition and making an impact.
