“The name is Bond. Raegan Bond.” Dunsky Welcomes Four New Team Members!
We are thrilled to announce four fantastic additions to the growing Dunsky team, including Raegan Bond and Jean-Philippe Hardy as Senior Consultants.
Raegan Bond brings 18 years of leadership in all areas of Demand-Side Management. As VP of Conservation and Demand Management at Alectra, North America’s 2nd largest municipal utility, Raegan led an award-winning team of 80 that delivered some of Ontario’s most successful energy efficiency and demand response programs. Raegan offers our team and our clients a unique combination of proven leadership, cross-utility collaboration, passion for energy sustainability and deep experience across policy, planning, program design and implementation.
Educated at The University of Oxford (UK) and University of Guelph (Canada), she will continue to serve as Chair-elect of AESP, and on the board of the Ontario AffordAbility Fund. Welcome to the Dunsky team, Raegan!
Jean-Philippe Hardy brings 14 years of experience in complex energy efficiency engineering and project management at leading energy service companies (ESCOs). As Director of Engineering at Montreal-based Energere, Jean-Philippe managed a team of engineers and technicians, overseeing all technical aspects of Energy Performance Contracts (EPCs) for projects across Quebec and Ontario. His experience leading deep energy retrofits spans the education, healthcare, municipal, commercial and industrial sectors.
A Certified Recommissioning Agent, Jean-Philippe is also a Certified Energy Manager (CEM) and Certified Measurement and Verification Professional (CMVP). Bienvenue dans l’équipe, Jean-Philippe !
New Analysts: We are excited to welcome two new Analysts to our team: Stephanie Willis brings training in mechanical engineering (Cambridge) with work experience in renewable heating and cooling systems, big data analytics and technology consulting. François Bergeron, also a energy engineer by training, brings a unique background in renewable energy modeling, data analytics and policies, as well as in isolated grids and energy storage systems. Both are driven by the desire to solve one of the world’s greatest challenges: responsibly decarbonizing our energy systems.
We look forward to introducing you to these great additions to our team.
