B Corp Best for the World 2018

Dunsky is honoured to announce our second consecutive classification among B Corp’s “Best for the World” in the Workers category. Our secret? Easy: our team members, who come to work every day with extraordinary commitment, knowledge and drive to “get it right”. To them – a big Thank you! for making this such a great place to work!

Four years ago, Dunsky became a certified B Corp, a designation reserved for companies that meet the highest verified standards of social and environmental performance, transparency, and accountability. To achieve our “Best for the World” status, we had to score in the top 10% of certified B Corps. Being in the top 10% isn’t easy, but we enjoy the friendly competition, and are proud of our results.

The B Impact Assessment Workers category measures how the company treats its workers through compensation, benefits, training, the overall work environment and other factors. It notably assesses management/staff communication, job flexibility, corporate culture, and health and safety practices.

Achieving Best for the World status is an honour, and reinforces our desire to continue to work hard to earn and retain our team’s trust, and to be an ever-better company for our staff, our community and our world.
